Projects change quickly. Applications can be amended, withdrawn, resized or renamed. Capacity figures may describe fitted IT load, total site demand or an ultimate buildout. No representation is made that every record is complete or current after its stated check date.

No national census

Records use facility, campus and portfolio classifications. They overlap with broader industry totals and must not be summed as if every row described an equivalent physical asset.

Third-party names and trade marks are used only to identify the organisations discussed. Linked documents, photographs, maps, written descriptions and other protected material remain subject to their owners’ rights. A link does not imply endorsement by RegularsAI or endorsement of RegularsAI by the linked organisation.

Source and map licences

The project dataset is independently curated from attributed public evidence. Commercial directory data is not imported or republished. The street-map layer uses OpenStreetMap data under the Open Database Licence and OpenFreeMap tiles; attribution appears on the map.

Permitted use

You may quote limited extracts with clear attribution to RegularsAI and the underlying source. The downloadable CSV is provided for personal research, fact-checking and public-interest analysis. Do not present the dataset as an official register, remove source attribution or imply that RegularsAI endorses a commercial product.

Complaints and takedowns

If a record is inaccurate, unlawfully discloses personal information or reproduces protected material, identify the exact record and issue through the RegularsAI YouTube contact link. The record may be corrected, temporarily qualified or removed while the concern is reviewed.

Commercial disclosure

Any sponsorship, affiliate relationship or paid research connected with the tracker will be labelled. Commercial partners do not control classifications, corrections or editorial conclusions.
